Intellectual Property: All content on this website is my property and protected by copyright laws. Upon full payment for services, you receive agreed-upon usage rights to work created specifically for you.

Your Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion; make timely decisions and provide feedback as requested; make payments according to agreed terms; respect intellectual property rights.

Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in project delays or termination of services.

Limitation of Liability: I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination: Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Virginia.

Changes to Terms: I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
