Wow, you're really curious. Good for you. Here's a ton of boring information said as not-boring as possible.
This site collects less info than your grocery store loyalty card.
What I Actually Collect: I only "collect" (i.e. somewhere in my Gmail) information you willingly share with me, like when you email me, follow me online, sign up for my newsletter, or hire me. This might include your name, email, phone number, company details, and whatever else you choose to tell me. Nothing else.
How I Use Your Info: Like any normal person. I use your information to: help you build your business and brand; send you invoices and project updates; share big ideas, bad jokes, and billing information; answer questions and provide customer service; remember your preferences so I don't have to ask the same questions twice.
Who I Share Your Data With: No one. I don't sell your information to anyone. I might share your info only when: you give me explicit permission to do so; the law requires it; I need to protect my business, your safety, or someone else's rights; I use trusted tools and services to run my business (like email platforms or accounting software), and they have their own privacy protections.
Keeping Your Data Safe: I hate spammers too so I take data security seriously. I use industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, hacking, or accidental loss.
Your Rights: You're in control here. You can ask me to show you what data I have, update incorrect information, delete your data entirely, or stop sending you emails. Just shoot me a message, and I'll take care of it.
When This Policy Changes: If I need to update this policy, I'll post the changes here and let you know if it's anything major. I'm not going to pull any sneaky moves or bury important changes in fine print.
Questions? If you have questions about this privacy policy, want to know what data I have about you, or just want to chat about privacy in general, email me at work@aaronsbrand.com.
